There is a lot of buzz on the law of attraction and manifesting. I do firmly believe in the power of good thoughts as such thoughts attract good things in life when you hold firm faith in it.
However, does this belief have space in Islam? This was on my mind, until I remembered the Hadith Qudsi that narrates that the Prophet (ﷺ) said,
“Allah says: ‘I am just as My slave thinks I am, (i.e. I am able to do for him what he thinks I can do for him) and I am with him when He remembers Me.’
Think well of your Lord and He will deliver it for you. Call it the law of attraction, call it manifesting or whatever you must.
One thing I can confidently say is that God will surely compensate. He has greater plans for your life, if only you will have the courage to take the step!
Take the first step in believing in Him and He will take care of the rest.
